Giant Mountains Mountain Hut Tour: Adventurous Trek through the Czech Republic and Poland

A three-day hike past mountain huts in the Giant Mountains National Park. This hike passes through both the Polish and Czech parts of the Giant Mountains. The starting and ending point is Špindlerův Mlýn. From there, you'll hike to the peaks, many of which cross the Czech-Polish border. You'll stay overnight in simple but charming mountain huts in the mountains. They offer relatively good facilities (showers, toilets, reception, bar, dining room, Wi-Fi). Participants generally receive full board during the hike, but à la carte dining is also available. The starting point is easily accessible by car or bus (direct connection from Prague).

Cycling in Andalusia

On this trip, you'll explore the Sierra de Subbética by bike. This hilly nature reserve lies between Jaén, Córdoba, and Granada and is best known for its many olive groves. You'll cycle 120 km at a relaxed pace along an old railway line that passes over numerous viaducts, through beautifully situated villages, and past old stations. The route is car-free, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink along the way. You'll stay in good hotels in authentic villages, where you can enjoy Andalusian cuisine on the terrace of the village square in the evening. This trip can be extended and customized in many ways.

9 DAYS CYCLING AND HIKING ADVENTURE (OL PEJETA & MT. KENYA)

The tour begins and ends in Nairobi with a 2-day cycling safari at Ol Pejeta Conservancy spotting rhinos, elephants, and other wildlife on designated bike trails. Stay overnight at a luxury camp. Fietsen in onbekend Spanje buiten het hoogseizoen

De fietstochten van Bicimi vertrekken telkens uit een stad, die gemakkelijk te bereiken is. We fietsen buiten het hoogseizoen en in onbekend Spanje. Van 30 april tot 5 mei vertrekken we vanuit de universiteitsstad bij uitstek Salamanca. Via de onbekende bergketens Sierra de Francia en Sierra de Candelario komen we in de ongerepte natuur van centraal Spanje. We komen langs die typische dorpjes waar de tijd soms lijkt stil te staan. We fietsen nooit meer dan 60 kilometer per dag en zoveel mogelijk weg van het autoverkeer. Een deel van de fietstocht gaat langs de Euro Velo 1 (EV1) en de Via de la Plata. Soms zit er een stevige klim bij, maar dan is het uitzicht des te mooier. We logeren in kleine hotels. Begeleidster is Mieke, fietser en Spanje kenner. Je bagage wordt vervoerd. In oktober trekken we naar Madrid. Dicht bij de hoofdstad en toch in ongerepte natuur Na twee dagen fietsen we door het Natuurpark Valle de Iruelas met de grootste kolonie zwarte gieren van Europa. En op dag vier logeren we in een klooster. Ook hier: ver van het autoverkeer en met vervoer van bagage.

Fietsen door West-Oeganda is geen gewone vakantie. Het is een reis die je voelt, die blijft hangen, met roodstof aan je banden, stof op je benen en verhalen onder je huid. In 12 tot 17 dagen doorkruis je regenwoud, savanne en theevelden. Je groet kinderen langs de weg, proeft rijpe mango’s van de markt, lacht met je gids aan het kampvuur. En dan dag 6... Je fietst dwars door Queen Elizabeth National Park tussen olifanten, buffels, antilopen en boomklimmende leeuwen. Begeleid door rangers, de auto in de buurt. ’s Avonds dineer je aan het Kazinga-kanaal, waar nijlpaarden regelmatig dwars door het kamp wandelen. Adrenaline. Verwondering. Onvergetelijk. Of je nu een sportieve fietser bent of liever kiest voor een e-mtb, wij zorgen dat de reis bij jóu past. Individueel, als maatwerk of in een kleine groep vanaf vier personen – het hele jaar door. EcoJoy specializes in organizing gravel-/ mountain bike tours in the Kilimanjaro-Arusha region of Tanzania. Popular tours include the six-stage Tour de Kilimanjaro, which covers 500 kilometers and 5,500 meters of elevation gain; the 32-kilometer, half day, Bicycle Safari through the wildlife corridor in the Masai savanna between Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru; and the 32-kilometer one day Arusha City Tour. The home base for these tours and other safaris to game parks is Themi View, a luxury bed and breakfast in Arusha with accommodations for 12 people. Ebike vakanties met bagagevervoer in Piemonte, Italie

Je kunt kiezen uit een 5-, 6-, 7- of 8 daagse rondreis vakantie. Je fietst door Piemonte, de bakermat van de Slow Food beweging. Tijdens je vakantie bezoek je o.a. Acqui Terme, Alba, La Morra, Verduno, en Barbaresco. En natuurlijk ontbreekt een bezoek aan Barolo niet. Op de aankomstdag is het diner inbegrepen in de prijs en onderweg krijg je ook nog een wijnproeverij aangeboden. Voor elke dag is er een nauwkeurige routebeschrijving en de routes zijn ook beschikbaar als GPX-bestanden (via Komoot). Een reservebatterij wordt eventueel meegeleverd. Je moet uiteraard wel enige fietservaring hebben. Wij verzorgen het bagagevervoer. Naast het fietsen is er voldoende vrije tijd om te relaxen. Een rustdag inplannen of verlengen kan ook!
