Day 2 – Exploring Luba’s History & Heritage
Dive into Luba’s rich past as you explore the ruins of the old city hospital and the historic Luba Chapel. Learn about the town’s pivotal role in
Equatorial Guinea’s history, then visit the bustling local market. End the day at the port, where you'll discuss the town's dark yet significant role
in the transatlantic slave trade. Don’t forget to capture the stunning vistas and snapshots of the town’s character at each stop.
Day 3 – Colonial Ruins & Waterfall Wonders
Step back in time with a visit to the colonial ruins of Basacato, nestled in the heart of nature. Then, enjoy the serene beauty of surrounding
waterfalls, where you’ll learn about the area’s history while soaking in the natural surroundings.
Day 4 – Relaxation in Bata
Fly to Bata and check into your hotel, then head straight to the idyllic Mbini Beach. Spend the day basking in the sun, sipping refreshing
cocktails at beach bars, and enjoying the relaxed coastal vibe.
Day 5 – Discovering Fang Culture in Niefang
Experience the authentic culture of the Fang people in the town of Niefang. Enjoy a traditional dance performance, try your hand at fishing with
local residents, and end the day around a campfire as elders share captivating stories and legends passed down through generations.
Day 6 – Canoeing through Mangroves & Combe Traditions
Set out on a serene canoe ride through lush mangrove forests to the Ndjanmanguila farm. Here, you'll connect with the Combe family, learning
about their daily life and heritage. In the evening, witness the powerful Mecuyo dance—an ancient, men-only ritual—and immerse yourself in the
region's cultural traditions.
Day 7 – Farewell to Malabo
After an unforgettable journey, transfer back to Malabo for your departure. Your Nexo Travels representative will ensure a smooth transfer to
